It is a matter of trying to create an environment that is more productive and enjoyable for all. Here are some tips to make your day more productive.

1.       Plan your day out. 10-15 minutes at the beginning of the day should be spent making a plan of your day. This will help you to keep on track throughout the day and complete pressing tasks.

2.       Power through work for a solid hour. This will help you to get as much work as possible done in a short amount of time. Avoid distractions such as music, your phone or e-mails and you’ll be able to get a lot of work done in a short amount of time.

3.       Take a break. Small breaks can help you mind rest and help you focus better on a task when you get back to it.

4.       Organise your email. A messy mailbox is an eye sore and can really clutter your mind. It is could even be as beneficial as having a tidy desk and workplace.

5.       Leave your desk for lunch. Taking a break from your desk can provide you with renewed energy and focus and can also help you stretch your legs and rest your eyes.
